路过驰明瑞的办公室时，驰明瑞没关门，看见她，忙喊她进屋。

白雾反正没心思工作，想着听听驰明瑞有什么新指示，趁机转移一下注意力也好，便走了进去。

驰明瑞找她，并不是为了别的事，而是Beth写好了给Alex的回信，请白雾审查，给点意见。

白雾这种时候自然没多大兴趣，看也没看，道：“我昨天已经说得很清楚了，你让她照着那个思路写，有什么难的呢？难道连道个歉也要教吗？别教的，能是她发自肺腑的感想吗？”

驰明瑞好脾气地解释道：“你说的是，道歉这种事只有自己真心实意地说出来才有效果，我看Beth写的，说不出来感觉，就觉得是不是有点太过了。她前一封邮件其实犯的错误主要是不够polite，算不上罪不可赦的极端大错，Beth写了一大堆，你看是不是没必要？”

说着，把电脑屏幕扭过来，给白雾看。

白雾倒好奇Beth能把道歉写出什么花来，拿出手机看Beth的邮件，只见Beth写的是：

Dear Alex，

Long time no see!

I didn''t receive your reply so I asked my manager Ray the reason， Ray speculate because of my mistake.

I think you may have misunderstand my meaning of my last email， Actually I mean I agree with your choice of H1 and W6， because you know much better of your market than we know， I agree with happiness， and with no little plaint.

I think you misunderstand me， because of my poor English， I didn''t clearly express my meaning by words， but from now on， I will study English more hard， and use more accurate words.

The second reason you misunderstand me is when I wrote the email， I was too busy at that time， so I didn''t express my real happy emotion enough， making the email too direct， too arrogant， the truth is it is just an illusion.

The third reason is you are the boss， I''m a sales， you may feel my email didn''t show enough respect， it''s really rootless， I respect you all my heart， please trust me.

Besides， the samples I promise to send you this week， but I didn''t know your address， samples now are in my hand， I don''t know where to send， today is Friday， can you please reply me your sample delivery address?

白雾读完，看着驰明瑞道：“Beth这封邮件读着不像道歉信，而像检讨书，她写的三个道歉理由，都是你教她的吧？”

“我是跟她提了我认为的，她上一封邮件里不合理的地方，”驰明瑞扶额道：“但是我没想到，她完全照抄，哎！”

白雾道：“她这压根不像道歉，而是在给自己的行为找理由，声声说客户误解她，说的好像错不在她，而在客户似的。”

驰明瑞道：“我也是这个感觉，Beth是指望不上了，白雾，你能不能帮个忙，动一动你的金手指，稍微给她改一改？”
